Every Onyx Armaments order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Your tracking number is in the dispatch email we send when your order leaves us. It usually looks like two letters, nine digits and GB, for example AB123456789GB.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. If it has not moved for several working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@onyxarmaments.co.uk with your order number and we will take it up with Royal Mail.
