If you have a question about a product, an existing order, a return or anything else, the fastest way to reach us is by email. We aim to reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders and delivery

Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked at a flat rate of £5. Our products are ordered in from the manufacturer rather than held in UK stock, so please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order for it to reach you. Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched.

Please note: we do not have a physical shop front, so we are unable to accept visits or collections. All enquiries should be made by email.
