The body is broadened to give a wider, flatter cheek platform, which helps when you are running a taller optic mount and want a consistent head position shot to shot. The larger footprint also spreads the recoil impulse across the shoulder a little more evenly. It is a chunkier stock than the plain Gunfighter, at around 11.5 oz (326 g) in reinforced polymer.
