The Holosun EPS CORE in red with the Multi-Reticle System, part number EPS-CORE-RD-MRS, is a 1x enclosed-emitter sight on a direct RMSc footprint, weighing 1.4 oz.
CORE is the stripped-back EPS. What it keeps is the part that matters most — a sealed emitter that dust, lint and damp cannot get behind.
The housing is hard anodised 6061 aluminium measuring 1.61 x 1.18 x 0.97 in, rated IPX8 for immersion and tested to 5000G. The window is 0.90 x 0.63 in (22.9 x 16.0 mm), the emitter is red at 650 nm, and adjustment is 1.5 MOA per click with plus or minus 30 MOA of travel. A CR1620 sits in a side-loading tray and is rated for up to 50,000 hours, with 8 daylight and 4 night vision brightness settings and memory recall for the last one used.
Holosun's specification table gives the Multi-Reticle System here as a 3 MOA dot and a 32 MOA circle, selectable individually or together as a circle-dot: the circle for speed at close range, the dot on its own when the shot is worth aiming at. The direct RMSc footprint is the useful part on a slim slide, because it bolts straight down with no adapter plate stacking height under it. It is not an RMR-pattern optic, so an RMR-cut slide needs a different sight or a plate.
It fits any slide or mount cut to the RMSc pattern, and the side-loading tray means the cell can be changed with the sight still bolted down and still zeroed.
