Titanium and green: the toughest material Holosun build a pistol sight from, carrying the emitter colour the human eye reads most brightly for the power it draws.
Holosun state titanium for the housing without naming a grade, and the complete sight weighs 2 oz at 1.78 x 1.15 x 1.15in, rated IP67 for dust and immersion. A side-loading CR1632 gives up to 50,000 hours at setting 6, with Solar Failsafe supplementing it in daylight and Shake Awake shutting the dot down when the gun is still. The X2 revision adds a lock mode against knocked settings. Adjustments move in 1 MOA clicks with ±50 MOA of travel, and the emitter is 540nm green.
The Multi-Reticle System switches between a 2 MOA dot on its own, a 32 MOA circle on its own, and both together, which lets one sight serve deliberate shooting and fast close work without a compromise reticle. Green is genuinely easier to see for many shooters, particularly those with a mild red-green colour deficiency, and it separates well from dark backgrounds. What it is not is enclosed: this is an open reflex body, so the emitter is exposed and wants an occasional wipe in wet weather.
It fits slides cut to the Trijicon RMR pattern, and any optics-ready pistol supplied with an RMR-pattern plate.
