This is Holosun's HS510C and HM3X combo, part number HS510C+HM3X, pairing the HS510C open reflex red dot sight with the HM3X 3x flip-to-side magnifier in one box.
It is a complete close-and-far answer for one rifle: shoot at 1x with both eyes open, swing the HM3X in behind the sight when you need to identify something further out, and swing it away again without moving off the gun.
The HS510C carries the Multi-Reticle System in red at 650nm — a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, or both — behind a 0.91 x 1.26 in window, with 12 brightness settings, 10 for daylight and 2 for night vision, and 0.5 MOA clicks over ±50 MOA. It runs from a CR2032 rated up to 50,000 hours at setting 6, backed by Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake, in an aluminium housing with a titanium hood, MAO black finish and an IP67 rating at 4.94 oz. The HM3X is a 3x magnifier with 2.75 in of eye relief on a flip-to-side mount.
Buying the pair together is cheaper than buying the two items separately, and the heights are already matched so the magnified image lines up with the sight. The thing to check before ordering is rail length: the receiver needs enough continuous MIL-STD-1913 rail to take the sight with the magnifier sitting behind it, which shorter uppers and some shotgun ribs will not give you.
Both units clamp to a standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail, one in front of the other, which suits an AR-pattern flat-top or a rail-topped straight-pull. If you want the sight on its own the HS510C in black is sold separately, the same sight in tan is the HS510C FDE, and for a green reticle see the HS510C green in FDE.
