The Magpul DAKA Takeout Bag Large is a water-resistant welded utility storage bag for bulkier range and travel kit.
A large welded utility bag that keeps bulkier kit dry, quiet and easy to grab — the DAKA system scaled up for everything that won't fit a pouch.
The Magpul DAKA Takeout Bag Large (MAG1197) uses the same RF-welded reinforced-polymer construction as the rest of the DAKA line, giving you a water-resistant, abrasion-proof bag for larger loads — electronics, tools, cables, clothing layers or general range and travel kit. The self-healing YKK zipper and wide opening make loading and finding gear fast.
Electronics, tools, cables, cleaning kit and clothing layers — the larger items that will not fit a pouch, kept dry in a pack, kit bag or vehicle. This is a general-purpose utility bag, so no firearm fitment is required. Smaller loads are better served by the DAKA Volume Pouch, tools by the DAKA Utility Organizer Large, and handguns by the foam-lined DAKA Double Pistol Case.

£5 tracked UK delivery on every order via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Electronics, tools, cables, cleaning kit and clothing layers — the larger items that will not fit a pouch, kept dry in a pack, kit bag or vehicle. It is a general-purpose utility bag, so no firearm fitment is required. Black and Flat Dark Earth are offered.
It uses the same RF-welded reinforced-polymer construction as the rest of the DAKA line, so the seams are welded rather than stitched and the fabric resists water and abrasion. The anti-slip texture stops it sliding around a vehicle or a boot, and the self-healing YKK zipper keeps working after grit and hard use. It is built for kit that has to stay dry and survive being thrown about.
The Takeout Bag Large is the big soft-sided option, for loads that a pouch simply will not take. The DAKA Volume Pouch is the smaller welded pouch for everyday spares, the DAKA Utility Organizer Large lays flat with retention loops when you want tools sorted rather than loose, and the DAKA Double Pistol Case adds a padded foam interior. You can see the full range in Magpul.
The wide opening and self-healing YKK zipper make loading and digging out gear quick, rather than fighting a narrow mouth with a full bag. There is nothing to fit or adjust — it is ready to use out of the pack. Because the shell is welded and wipe-friendly, mud and range dirt come off the outside easily.
