The Magpul MOE PR Carbine Stock (MAG1435) exists because getting your eye behind an optic properly should not require a premium stock. Its adjustable cheek riser lets you set head height precisely for your scope or red dot, turning the vague "cheek somewhere near the stock" of a standard carbine stock into a firm, repeatable weld at exactly the right elevation.
Around that riser sits proven MOE architecture: reinforced polymer construction, a rubber buttpad that plants in the shoulder, a shielded release lever and Mil-Spec receiver-extension fit. For budget precision builds, scoped carbines and anyone whose optic sits higher than irons, the MOE PR fixes the fit problem for less than a decent scope ring set.

The PR carries an adjustable cheek riser, which lets you lift your eye to sit behind a scope or a raised optic mount properly. On a flat-comb carbine stock a taller optic leaves you craning; the riser fixes that and makes the cheek weld repeatable. If you shoot irons or a low red dot you probably don't need it.
