The Reptilia PULLER for AR-10 is an ambidextrous charging handle for AR-10 and SR-25 pattern rifles, machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminium with leverage optimised for the larger receiver.
A .308 AR is heavier to cycle than a 5.56 — this is the handle built around that fact.
This is not the AR-15 PULLER scaled up. Reptilia describes it as purpose-built for the platform, with the lever geometry optimised for the larger receivers an AR-10 or SR-25 uses. The bigger bolt carrier and heavier spring mean more force through the handle every time it is worked, and a handle designed around a 5.56 receiver is doing that job at a disadvantage.
It is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminium and finished in MIL-STD Type III, Class 2 hardcoat anodise, with a low-profile, anti-snag body and true ambidextrous operation for consistent manipulation from either side. Reptilia builds it in the USA.
Fits AR-10 pattern upper receivers, including SR-25 and other .308 AR builds. It will not fit an AR-15 or M4 upper — for those, the correct part is the PULLER AR-15 Charging Handle. The two are sized for different receivers and are not interchangeable.

Because it will not fit. The AR-10 receiver is a different size, and Reptilia builds this version with lever geometry optimised for it. A .308 bolt carrier and spring also put more force through the handle on every cycle, which is exactly what the larger lever is there to handle.
Yes, more than on most rifles. A straight-pull is cycled by hand on every shot, so the charging handle stops being an occasional control and becomes the one you use most. Ambidextrous operation and optimised leverage are worth real money in that role.
AR-10 pattern uppers, including SR-25 and other .308 AR builds. AR-10 pattern receivers vary more between manufacturers than AR-15 ones do, so if your upper is unusual it is worth checking with us before ordering.
