The BCM Gunfighter Mod 1 is a drop-in pistol grip for AR-15 and M4 rifles, fitting any standard AR-15/M4 lower receiver on the supplied grip screw.
The Gunfighter pistol grip, evolved — Mod 1 adds a fuller profile for shooters who want more grip in the hand.
The BCM Gunfighter Mod 1 Grip carries all the fighting-rifle DNA of the Gunfighter line — the reduced angle that suits a modern squared stance, the seamless high-traction texture, the deleted finger bump — in a fuller-profile body that gives larger hands and glove users more to hold. The extra volume translates to more contact area and finer trigger-finger control for many shooters.
Internal storage with a removable cap keeps batteries or small spares aboard, and the same water-shedding, high-impact polymer construction handles duty conditions without complaint. Made in the USA by Bravo Company USA.

Yes, it is a drop-in replacement for standard AR-15/M4 pistol grips and the grip screw and washer are supplied. You remove the old grip, take care of the safety detent and spring that sit under it, then fit the new one. No permanent alteration to the receiver is involved.
The Mod 1 uses a more vertical grip angle than a traditional A2, which suits the squarer, more upright stance most shooters use with a collapsible stock and body armour or heavy clothing. It puts the trigger finger onto the bow at a straighter angle, which some find helps with a clean press. If you shoot from a very bladed, rifle-style stance, a standard angle may still feel more natural.
This grip has an internal compartment closed by a removable cap, good for a spare battery or small parts. The <a href="/products/bcm-gunfighter-mod-2-pistol-grip">Gunfighter Mod 2</a> uses a locking cap and adds a beavertail at the top of the grip, so it fills the web of the hand more. Otherwise the two share the same reduced-angle concept.
Black and Flat Dark Earth are both offered, so you can match a stock and handguard. Nothing else is needed to fit it beyond a hex key for the supplied screw.
