The BCM Gunfighter Stock Kit Mod 0 SOPMOD bundles the wide-weld SOPMOD stock with every component a rear-end build needs: a Mil-Spec receiver extension (buffer tube), buffer, action spring, castle nut and a QD-socket end plate. Each part is made to Bravo Company USA's own specification — the same components the company fits to its complete rifles — so nothing in the chain becomes the weak link.
For new builds, kits eliminate the compatibility roulette of mixing vendors; for upgrades, they replace a tired factory assembly wholesale. Open the box, assemble, and the rear of the rifle is duty-grade.
Fits any AR-15/M4-pattern lower receiver with a standard threaded rear, and because the Mil-Spec carbine receiver extension is included, no existing buffer tube is required — nothing needs to be carried over from your old stock. Assembly requires a castle-nut wrench and standard armourer practice: torque and stake the castle nut for permanence. If you would rather not torque it yourself, have a gunsmith do the install.

Yes. This is a complete kit for AR-15/M4 pattern rifles and includes the Mil-Spec carbine receiver extension, buffer, action spring, castle nut and QD end plate, so nothing needs to be carried over from an existing stock. You only need a lower receiver with a standard threaded rear. If you are rebuilding a lower from scratch, this saves sourcing the tube hardware separately.
The Mod 0 SOPMOD profile has a raised, enhanced cheek weld, which makes it easier to get a repeatable head position behind an optic sat on a riser or a flat-top rail. It is a fuller stock than a minimalist design, so it gives more contact with the shoulder pocket. If you shoot mostly with irons or a very low-mounted red dot, a slimmer stock may suit you better.
Fitting is ordinary assembly work rather than gunsmithing: you will need a castle nut wrench and a way to hold the lower receiver securely while you torque the nut and stake or thread-lock it. The buffer and spring drop into the tube as normal. If you are unsure about torquing the castle nut correctly, have a gunsmith do the install.
The kit comes in Black or Flat Dark Earth, so you can match existing furniture.
