The EOTech EFLX in Tan, part number EFLX3RWTAN, is a 1x open-emitter mini reflex sight with a 3 MOA red dot, cut for the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint.
Tan is a housing colour and nothing more: the emitter is red on every EFLX. What actually distinguishes this listing from the rest of the family is the 3 MOA dot, the finer of the two EOTech offer here.
The housing is 6061 aluminium, 1.9 x 1.2 x 1in (47 x 30.5 x 25.4 mm), and the complete sight weighs 1.4 oz (35 g) with its cell fitted. That cell is a single CR2032 in a top-loading tray, so it is changed from above without unbolting the sight and without disturbing zero, and EOTech rate the 3 MOA version at roughly 25,000 hours at brightness level 5. Illumination runs to 8 daylight settings plus one night-vision setting, selected on the up and down buttons, and adjustments move in 1 MOA clicks. It is assembled in the USA.
Three MOA covers about 3.1in at 100 yards, which is small enough for a deliberate shot at distance and still bright enough to find quickly on the draw. Six MOA is the faster of the two if speed matters more than precision. Be careful about the mounting pattern rather than the badge: this is a DeltaPoint Pro footprint sight, so it drops onto a DPP-cut slide or a DPP adapter plate, and it will not sit on a slim-slide cut such as the Glock 43X MOS. Slide cuts vary between production runs, so check yours before ordering.
It fits pistol slides milled to the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro pattern, and optics-ready pistols supplied with a DPP plate or a rear-dovetail adapter. The same dot size in black is the EFLX 3 MOA, and the bolder reticle in this finish is the EFLX 6 MOA Tan. Browse the wider red dot sight range.
