The Magpul MOE Grip is a polymer pistol grip for AR-15 and M4 pattern lower receivers, fitting on the existing grip screw.

The Magpul MOE Grip (MAG415) replaces the notoriously thin, slick A2 factory grip with a hand-filling profile shaped around how shooters actually hold a carbine. The reinforced polymer body carries Magpul's TSP texture — aggressive enough for positive control with wet or gloved hands, yet comfortable across a full day's shooting. Storage-core compatibility means the hollow grip can be turned into sealed storage for batteries and spares with an optional core.
There is a reason the MOE is such a common first modification: it is inexpensive, it fits in five minutes with one screw, and the ergonomic improvement is immediate and obvious. Trigger reach becomes more consistent, the wrist sits at a more natural angle, and the rifle simply points better.

The MAG415 changes the grip angle and adds a more aggressive texture, which most shooters find more comfortable and more secure than the original A2 shape. It also loses the finger shelf that many people dislike. The body is reinforced polymer, so it is a straightforward, hard-wearing swap.
The MOE is plain reinforced polymer, while the <a href="/products/magpul-moe-plus-pistol-grip-ar15-m4">MOE+</a> adds a rubber overmould and a sealed storage core. If you shoot in the wet or with gloves, the overmoulded version has the edge for grip; if you want the lighter, simpler option and the ability to add a core later, this is the one. Both fit the same standard grip interface.
It comes in Black, Flat Dark Earth, Olive Drab Green and Modified Coyote Brown. Fitting usually calls for nothing more than the existing grip screw and a suitable long driver, and you should keep the safety detent and spring under control while the old grip is off.
