The SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Compact ROSE is a 1x open reflex red dot sight with a 24 mm objective on the compact RMSc footprint, part number SORX1208, finished in black with rose gold.
Mechanically it is a ROMEO-X Compact; what you are choosing here is the ROSE line's black and rose gold housing rather than a different sight.
The sight carries a red circle-dot reticle across fifteen brightness settings, twelve for daylight and three that are night vision compatible, with SIG's MOTAC motion activation switching it on when the pistol is picked up and shutting it down when it is set aside. A CR1632 cell runs it for up to 20,000 hours. The housing is sealed to IPX-7, and there is 80 MOA of elevation and windage travel to zero with.
The RMSc footprint is the pattern cut into slim optics-ready slides, so on a correctly cut slide this mounts directly without an adapter plate stacking height into the sight picture. One honest note on the reticle: SIG describes it as a red circle-dot but does not publish MOA values for the dot or the ring, so none are quoted here. Slide cuts also vary between production runs, so confirm yours before ordering.
It mounts to RMSc-cut slides and to optics-ready pistols supplied with an RMSc plate. The same optic in plain black is the ROMEO-X Compact, the larger-bodied version of the range is the ROMEO-X Pro, and everything on the same cut sits in RMSc footprint red dot sights.
