The SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Pro in this listing, part number SORX1060, is the 6 MOA red dot version: a 1x open reflex pistol sight with a 24 mm aperture on the DeltaPoint Pro footprint.
Six minutes of angle is the fastest dot in the ROMEO-X Pro range. A bigger dot is found sooner in the window, which is the whole argument at close range and under time.
SIG CNC-machine the housing from 7075 aluminium, listing the optic at 1.15 oz and 0.94 in tall, so it sits low on a slide without adding meaningful weight. Power is a single CR1632 that loads from the side, rated at 20,000 hours, so the cell can be changed without breaking the optic loose and losing the zero. MOTAC wakes the dot on movement and puts it to sleep when the pistol is left alone.
Fifteen brightness settings cover the range from bright daylight to three night vision levels, and adjustment travel is 80 MOA in both elevation and windage. The larger dot is the trade: it finds the eye faster but covers more of a distant target than the 3 MOA option, so if you shoot small marks at range rather than close targets at speed, choose the finer dot instead. Mounting is the DeltaPoint Pro and RX top-mount pattern, which is worth checking against your slide before ordering.
It needs a slide cut for the DeltaPoint Pro pattern, or an optics-ready pistol supplied with a DPP plate. If the 6 MOA dot is coarser than you want, the 3 MOA version is the precise option and the 2 MOA with a 32 MOA circle gives you both. The same 6 MOA dot in green is the ROMEO-X Pro green.
