The Magpul MOE-K2 is a steep-angle polymer pistol grip for AR-15 and M4 pattern lower receivers, fitting on the existing grip screw.
A steeper, more aggressive grip angle for a modern, hands-forward shooting stance — the K2 puts your wrist where today's technique wants it.
The Magpul MOE-K2 (MAG522) reshapes the pistol grip around the vertical, hands-forward stance most shooters now use. The steeper angle rolls the wrist into a more natural, aggressive position for close-in control, while the aggressive TSP texture and enhanced finger swell lock the hand in place. It fills the palm better than a standard grip and keeps control positive with gloves or in the wet.
It fits any AR-15/M4 lower with the standard grip screw, making it a five-minute upgrade that genuinely changes how the rifle handles.
A drop-in replacement for a standard AR-15/M4 pistol grip, using the existing grip screw on the lower receiver — no modification is involved. If you are working with a non-standard or proprietary lower, check the grip mounting boss matches the AR pattern before ordering. Remove the factory grip, seat the K2, torque the screw. It rolls your wrist into a more vertical, hands-forward position, which is where modern carbine technique wants it rather than the rearward angle of an older grip. That gives more positive close-in control because the hand is behind the grip rather than under it. The aggressive TSP texture and the enhanced finger swell then fill the palm and lock the hand in place, wet or gloved.

Yes — it is a five-minute job with a screwdriver or hex key. Take the factory grip off, seat the K2 on the mounting boss and torque the screw; a grip screw and washer are supplied. Nothing is permanent and the original grip goes straight back on if you change your mind.
